I don't want my fanfiction/fanart being used by anyone else for whatever site they own, sorry. Any other art/fanfiction/wallpaper/etc. written, drawn or created by anyone else is , and it is up to you to email them and ask.
This site was made using notepad, css, paintshop pro 7, and a half-assed picture drawn by me.
Sure. Just don't send any art files in anything other than jpg or gif format. Anything that is too big will be resized. Any fanfiction you wish to send can be in no format other than htm(l) or txt. And be tasteful with submissions, please.
The more the merrier. But no hate/porn sites, thank you.
